24/7 call centre service. For customer convenience, you can call and receive information 24/7 in case of any questions. All incoming calls shall be recorded and analysed to ensure smooth operation of the parking lot.

We respond to breakdowns 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and deal with them as quickly as possible. A team of qualified, experienced engineers constantly maintains the equipment in a serviceable condition (we provide maintenance services, warranty and post-warranty service, make mandatory changes to the hardware parts, constantly monitor the condition of the equipment, update and/or replace the equipment parts. We ensure and constantly refill the stock of wear parts, faults are eliminated in the shortest possible time. We perform timely and continuous mandatory maintenance and maintenance of the equipment to ensure smooth operation.

In the event of unforeseen accidents in parking lots and damage to equipment, we mediate compensation for damages by collaborating with all insurance companies operating in Lithuania.

We continuously monitor the condition of parking lot automated ticket machines remotely. We ensure that cash is collected on time, that there is always change in the tills, and that the cash containers are not overflowing.
